- Enables teachers to create and sell courses
- Offers certificate generation upon course completion
- Processes payments in USDT on the Polygon blockchain network
- Tracks learning progress and achievements
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use BrainGrow Academy, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Types
- Learner: Can browse, purchase, and take courses
- Teacher: Can create, publish, and sell courses
- Admin: Platform administrators with management capabilities
4. Course Enrollment and Access
When you enroll in a course:
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content
- Access is for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only
- You may not share your account or course access with others
- Course content may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed
- Access continues as long as the course remains available on our platform
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed in USDT on the Polygon network
- Prices are displayed in USDT and are final at time of purchase
- Transaction fees (gas) are the responsibility of the buyer
- Purchases are confirmed once the blockchain transaction is verified
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- You must have completed less than 20% of the course
- Refunds are processed to your platform wallet balance
- Free courses and fully completed courses are not eligible for refunds
6. Teacher Terms
If you create courses on BrainGrow Academy:
- You retain ownership of your original content
- You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your courses
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
- Earnings are 90% of course sales (platform takes 10% commission)
- Withdrawals are processed to your Polygon wallet address
- You must not include harmful, illegal, or plagiarized content
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Share account credentials or course access
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
- Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, or enrollment numbers
8. Intellectual Property
The BrainGrow Academy platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Course content is owned by respective instructors who license it through our platform.
9. Certificates
Certificates issued by BrainGrow Academy:
- Represent completion of course requirements on our platform
- Are verifiable through our certificate verification system
- Do not constitute accredited degrees or professional certifications
- Should not be misrepresented as official academic credentials
10. Disclaimers
BrainGrow Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy or completeness of course content
- Specific learning outcomes or career results
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainGrow Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:
- Your access to courses will be revoked
- Earned certificates will remain verifiable
- Teacher earnings will be processed according to our payment schedule
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
